Terms of Service

By accessing or using Blooo (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Blooo is operated by Miraya Tech, based in Germany. The Service is available worldwide. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Blooo is a mobile application that provides:

• Task creation and management
• Color-coded lists and organization
• Subtasks and notes
• Reminders and notifications
• Calendar view
• Dark and light mode

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features of Blooo, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree to use Blooo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts others' use of the Service
• Use any automated systems to access the Service
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

By submitting content to Blooo (including tasks, lists, notes, and subtasks), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Some features of Blooo require a paid subscription (Blooo Plus). If you choose to subscribe:

Free Plan

• Up to 3 lists
• Up to 100 tasks
• Up to 3 subtasks per task
• Up to 1,000 characters per note

Blooo Plus

• Unlimited lists, tasks, and subtasks
• Up to 5,000 characters per note
• All future premium features

Billing

• You authorize Apple or Google to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime through your device settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice. Changes to pricing will not affect your current subscription period.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Miraya Tech and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service

Your use of Blooo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Blooo may integrate with third-party services not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

Third-party services integrated with Blooo are subject to their own terms and conditions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAYA TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months, or EUR 50, whichever is greater

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent and gross negligence under German law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miraya Tech, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your user content

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the “Effective Date”
• Notifying users within the App

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
