Miraya Tech is based in Germany. The Service is available worldwide. By using Blooo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you register for an account, we may collect:

- Account creation date
- Terms acceptance timestamp

App Content Data
As part of our task management service, we collect:
- Tasks (titles, notes, due dates, completion status, priorities)
- Lists (names, colors, icons)
- Subtasks (titles and completion status)
- Reminder preferences
Usage Data
We may automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
- Device type and operating system
- App preferences (e.g., dark/light mode)
- Authentication tokens (stored securely on your device)

We do not collect or store your payment information directly — all payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
4. Analytics and Error Monitoring
We use third-party services to help us understand how the App is used and to monitor for errors:
- PostHog — product analytics to understand feature usage (e.g., tasks created, lists managed). Data is processed in the EU. PostHog does not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Sentry — error and crash monitoring to help us identify and fix bugs. Sentry receives technical error data and device information when an issue occurs.
These services receive a pseudonymous user ID linked to your account. We do not use these tools for advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Notifications
The App uses local notifications only to remind you of upcoming tasks. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers or any third party.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure token storage on your device
- Row-level security policies on our database
- Authentication via industry-standard protocols
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
